Join us for a deeply nurturing and transformative Yoni Steam Workshop, where we honor the sacred wisdom of the womb. This experience is designed to guide you through crafting your own custom herbal blend, decorating your personal sitz bath, and engaging in a powerful womb ceremony to promote health, fertility, and energetic renewal.

Workshop Flow

1. Opening Circle & Intentions

• We begin by gathering in a safe and sacred space where we set intentions for healing, fertility, and renewal.

• A guided meditation will help you connect with your womb wisdom, allowing you to listen to the messages your body holds.

2. Crafting Your Custom Yoni Steam Herbs

• Learn about the sacred properties of yoni steaming herbs, including:

•Mugwort (cleansing & circulation)

• Rose petals (self-love & heart-opening)

• Lavender (calming & balancing)

• Calendula (uterine healing & inflammation relief)

• Raspberry leaf (hormonal support & toning)

• Basil (spiritual cleansing & hormonal balance)

• Each participant will intuitively select herbs to create a custom blend based on their personal needs, fertility goals, or womb health intentions.

3. Decorating Your Sitz Bath with Affirmations & Symbols

• Using waterproof markers, paints, or stickers, you will personalize your own sitz bath bowl with:

• Positive affirmations such as I am healed, my womb is sacred, I release and renew.

• Chakra symbols to energetically align your womb with your body natural flow.

• Sacred symbols and feminine symbols to enhance spiritual connection.

4. Womb Blessing & Steaming Ceremony

• We transition into a gentle, guided womb ceremony where we honor the cycles of life, creation, and rebirth.

• A light drumming or sound bath will help activate your womb. 

5. Integration & Closing

• Participants will share reflections and insights from their journey.

• A self-love anointing ritual using herbal-infused oils will seal in the healing energies.

• Closing affirmations and a gratitude circle will conclude the experience.
